Ms Neelam, an artist by birth was born in an elite family of educationist in India (Western UP). She completed her graduation in Arts from Bareilly followed by Post Graduation in Fine Arts from reputed University of Kanpur. After moving to Calcutta, she was exposed to multiple dimensions and styles of Art.

She has educated a large group of budding artists by holding regular art sessions in Delhi, Bombay and Pune. She has travelled to different countries on invitation from her fans and students. She had also held a large number of exhibitions, workshops and training camps.

Her paintings are known worldwide as an asset to possess and carry a meaningful description of Indian Philosophy. Presently she is located in New Delhi, but her hub of activities revolves around Pune.
